Chef Navi

Owner, Executive Chef

Chef Navi has been working in restaurants for over 15 years. Having grown up in the Fiji Islands off the coast of Australia, he specializes in Island food and has extensive experience with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, French, Indian, Asian, American, Mexican and more. Chef Navi values personal connections and strives to provide friendly and professional services. Chef Navi is excited to share his passion for beautiful, tasty food that is made from the best ingredients.

Carly Gliva

Operations Manager

Carly began working with Chef Navi as a server nearly two years ago while completing her bachelor’s degree in Non-profit Development and Management at the University of Washington Tacoma. Carly joined the team full time in January 2019 using her previous experience in fine dining restaurants as well as non-profit event planning, to help our customers meet all of their event and catering needs.
